Landscape Maintenance Division Manager ($25-$30/hr)

Come work and live in the beautiful Bear Lake Valley! Move out of the city and join our company! We are looking for a landscape maintenance division manager. Work 40-50 hours per week. Must have a thorough knowledge of lawn care, shrub and flower bed maintenance, and sprinklers and be able to manage 4-6 maintenance crews. We serve residential and commercial owners. Must be able to lift 50# on a regular basis. Must have great communication skills. Customer service skills, troubleshooting skills, project management skills, and employee management skills, and attention to detail are very important for success in this position.

We do test for drugs and do not allow smoking on job sites or on/in company property. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, and likes to show up a bit early and works hard. We are also looking for someone who is affluence-minded; a creator who can create success in everything they do.

Off-season work will include snow removal using a truck and plow and other equipment. We also do indoor handyman and remodel projects in the winter, so skills in that area are a plus

Responsibilities

Lead 4-6 crews.

Customer care and communication.

Plan and execute all landscape maintenance division work.

Report to owner regularly.

Coordinate with dispatcher and bookkeeper.

Coordinate repairs and maintenance of division equipment.

Quality Control for all landscape maintenance work done on client properties.

Train, manage and assist all landscape maintenance division employees.

Be able to use a smartphone app to track all time, material, and expenses.

Create a positive, enjoyable environment for division employees.

Be a positive, can-do, co-creator of the overall success of Bear Lake Landscape.

Contribute to the company environment of trust, kindness, positivity, active creation, hard work, and responsibility.

Qualifications

Must have a minimum of 5-7 years in landscape maintenance

Must have leadership experience

Must have a working knowledge of the proper and professional care of lawns, shrubs, trees, flowers, and sprinkler systems

Must have a working knowledge of mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other related equipment

Must be able to make and receive many phone calls per day.

Landscape Construction Technician (Seasonal) ($18-21/hr)

If you have a positive mindset and like being a creator, come create with us this summer! This is a physically demanding job as it requires digging, planting, heavy lifting, etc. You will be joining a landscape construction crew in the beautiful Bear Lake Valley where the views and environment are beautiful. We take a blank canvas landscape and create beauty and function for the Bear Lake area homeowners.

Experience in the use of skid steers, loaders, trenchers, etc. is a plus, but we are willing to train. We work Monday through Friday approximately 40 to sometimes 50 hours per week. Some overtime may be required occasionally. You will then have your weekends free to play in this beautiful area. If you love the outdoors for work and play, then this might be the summer job for you!

Excavator Operator (Full Time-Year Round Position)

Ability to demonstrate skill and experience in running a large excavator.

Ability to cheerfully receive and carry out instructions.

Ability to show up to work a little early and work hard all day.

Ability to work well with a team.

Ability to operate construction equipment.

Ability to test negative for drug use.

Work hours are Monday through Friday 8-5.

Winter work will entail snow removal and indoor remodel and home improvement projects so skills in this area are a plus!

$21-$30 per hour depending on experience

Dispatch/Customer Service/Office Support

(Part-time Seasonal Summer) ($18-$20/hr DOE)

Ability to proficiently use computers and office equipment.

Ability to easily make and receive many phone calls per day.

Great customer service skills.

Ability to cheerfully receive and carry out instructions.

Ability to show up to work a little early and work your assigned shift.

Ability to work well with a team.

Ability to cheerfully interact with co-workers and customers.

Great organizational skills.

Ability to test negative for drug use.

Work hours are Monday-Friday 4:30-7:30 per week. 

Winter work will entail snow removal and indoor remodel and home improvement projects so skills in this area are a plus!

$21-$30 per hour depending on experience
